Judicial Basics
The judicial branch was appointed to by the Constitution mostly in article III. The Judicial branch is mostly the branch of decisions. The branch chooses what to do with criminals. They also get to choose whether the President and Congress are staying in line with the Constitution. They know all about the rules in the constitution and they know what is right.
