PowersUSA | Government | Judicial Branch
The government in the USA consists of three branches. Before the Constitution, there was simply one branch. Now, there are three branches, Legislative, Executive, and Judicial. The Judicial branch has plenty of power, but it definitely does not have all of the power. The President, the Congress, and the Senate all have a bit more power than the Supreme Court. |
